Questions, answered.
What do you need to quote a custom thermocouple or PT100?
The sensor type (e.g. Type K, PT100), operating temperature range, sheath length and diameter, mounting (thread or flange) and cable length. If you're unsure, just send a photo of the installation or the old sensor on LINE.
Is there a minimum order?
You can order from a single piece, for sensors and heaters alike. Unit prices drop for larger quantities.
How long does production take?
It depends on the type and quantity; typical jobs are quick and many standard items are in stock. We'll confirm the lead time with your quotation.
Which areas do you serve?
We ship nationwide. On-site installation, repair and calibration mainly cover Nakhon Pathom, Bangkok and the surrounding provinces — ask us about other areas.
Thermocouple or PT100 — which should I choose?
Thermocouples take higher temperatures at lower cost, suiting furnaces and very hot processes. PT100s are more accurate and stable at moderate temperatures, suiting food, pharma and cold rooms. We'll help you choose at no charge.
