Temperature instrument calibration, on site
On-site calibration of thermocouples, PT100 sensors, controllers and thermometers against reference instruments, with a written report for ISO, GMP and HACCP audits.
We calibrate temperature instruments where they are installed, so nothing leaves your plant. Our technicians bring a dry-block heat source and a reference thermometer and compare readings point by point.
We cover thermocouples (Type K, J and others), RTD / PT100 sensors, temperature controllers, digital thermometers and temperature transmitters, and can calibrate the whole loop — sensor, cable and controller together — to find where an error comes from.
Ideal for plants working to GMP, HACCP or ISO schemes that require periodic instrument checks. If a sensor has drifted, we can replace it from stock straight away, because we make sensors ourselves.

Do I have to send instruments away?
No. Our team calibrates at your plant, which keeps line downtime short.
How often should temperature instruments be calibrated?
General points are usually calibrated once a year; points that directly affect safety or quality every six months or as your quality system requires, then adjusted based on calibration history.
Which areas do you cover for calibration?
Mainly Nakhon Pathom, Bangkok and the surrounding provinces — ask us about other areas.
